MY Philosophy
Peace and Joy are real, available and sustainable realities. Christianity is not a set of rules, do's and do not's, or should have's. It's a life giving and intimate relationships where your true purpose and passions can be found. While living loved you will then discover a desire to be holy and righteous and not because it's required but because you find that you are invited into it. If you are trying to live up to the life and work of Christ without first knowing this intimate exchange then STOP NOW before it is too late. Learn to live from love instead of for love. Only living from knowing who you are and who you are in Christ is sustainable. All other approaches to life are fruitless and unsustainable. This truth applies to you as a parent, a spouse, a child, a leader, a minister, to everything.

“Having been trained in both Marriage and Family Therapy and in Bible and Theology I have a passion to help people bridge the gap between emotional/ relational pain and spiritual frustration. I see the therapy I offer as an opportunity to join people on their journey towards health and wholeness both in their relationships and in their spirituality. I work to help people move towards their highest potential in Christ or at least to help them find the tools for the journey. "
